Welcome to the latest issue of the Workers' Compensation Quarterly. We hope this message finds you well.

Since the start of the pandemic our lives have undoubtedly been full of change and transition as all of us adapted to our new reality. Times have been uncertain but our legal community has remained professional and courteous through it all.

As we turned the page on 2021, the Quarterly experienced a significant transition of its own. Randy Pollack, the publication's editor for the past four years, stepped down from his position to pursue new professional opportunities. We extend our sincerest thanks to Randy for the work he put into making the Quarterly the polished publication it has become. He more than accomplished his mission of ensuring a legal-journal level of writing in this journal. We wish him the very best.
