MANAGING EDITORSNOTE
NOTE FROM THE MANAGING EDITOR
I am honored to introduce myself as the new Managing Editor of Family Court Review. It is with
great pleasure that I take this opportunity to introduce the new student staff of FCRs Volume 58.
This year, we have selected 21 students to join our editorial staff at the Maurice A. Deane School
of Law at Hofstra University. They are bright and fearless leaders who are dedicated to continuing
the success of FCR. They have already shown their dedication and thoughtfulness to propel FCR to
greater heights.
I would also like to congratulate Volume 57s junior staff who have all successfully transitioned
to senior staff members. As junior staffers, they were hardworking and resilient, and I am condent
they will bring these characteristics into their new roles. It is an honor to work with each of you.
I am excited to be taking on this role and eager to continue working on FCR alongside Editor-
in-Chief Barbara Babb, Social Science Editor Marsha Pruett, Faculty Administrative Editor Matt
Kiernan, FCR Seminar Professor Emily Stolzenberg, and the rest of our devoted FCR family. Thank
you all for your continued support.
With gratitude,
Rainét N. Spence
