MANAGING EDITOR’S NOTE
NOTE FROM THE MANAGING EDITOR
I am honored to introduce myself as the new Managing Editor of Family Court Review (FCR)
and even more honored to welcome the new FCR Volume 56 senior editorial staff. The junior edito-
rial staff of Volume 55 have all been selected and promoted to senior staff positions for the upcoming
volume. For this issue the staff played the roles of both junior and senior editorial staff members dur-
ing the transition period. Without their diligence and dedication in editing and proofreading, the suc-
cess of this issue would not have been possible.
Now that Volume 55 is coming to a conclusion, I want to take this opportunity to express my
gratitude to Volume 55’s senior editorial staff. I especially want to thank Volume 55’s Managing
Editor, Mishal Pahrand, for her guidance throughout my transition to FCR Managing Editor. Mishal
was a true leader to the FCR student staff and I look forward to carrying on in succession.
I am excited to be taking on this role and eager to continue working on FCR alongside Editor-
in-Chief Barbara Babb; Social Science Editor Bob Emery; Faculty Administrative Editor Matt
Kiernan, and the rest of our devoted FCR family. Thank you all for your endless support.
Respectfully,
Lisa Fenech
