A Note from the Cannabis Law Symposium Co-Chair

The CLA Real Property Law Section had big plans this year with its 39th Annual Spring Conference and Cannabis Law Symposium. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our section was unable to host this event in person this year. When I started brainstorming this event with Elizabeth Blair as planning committee co-chairs, we decided we wanted to try something new. In collaboration with several other CLA sections, we formulated the idea of hosting the Cannabis Law Symposium in conjunction with the Spring Conference.
