Northrim Bank announced the promotion of four bank officers to the level of Senior Vice President and the hiring of a new Vice President.

Katie Bates, Senior Vice President, Electronic Delivery Channel Manager, joined Northrim in 2001asa branch operations specialist. Bates joined the Electronic Banking department and was promoted to electronic banking manager in 2007 and later was promoted to electronic delivery channel manager in 2012.

Barb Ervin, Senior Vice President, Core Applications Group Manager, has been with Northrim Bank since 2002. Prior to joining the IT department, Ervin managed significant aspects of the Bank's branch administration and operations. She has more than thirty-five years of experience in banking and finance.
