North Salt Lake - NSL FACILITIES sold a 96,000-square-foot warehouse located at 140 N. 400 West. NSL Facilities acquired the building nearly eight years ago, and renovated it for a local food production company. The sale was coordinated by NAI WEST COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE representatives Steve Condie, Wick Udy and Zach Anderson.

Ogden - GOLDENWEST CREDIT UNION presented donations to nine local schools. The donations are the results of efforts by students, principals, PTA volunteers and credit union employees during the 11th annual Goldenwest 5K For Schools. Approximately 2,100 people registered for the event. In addition to donating the registration fees to the schools, Goldenwest added $5 for every person who participated. More than $40,000 in cash and in-kind donations were awarded to the schools and the Weber School Foundation.

Ogden - BEN LOMOND SUITES, a historic boutique hotel, has joined the Ascend Collection from Choice Hotels International. The network is comprised of historic, boutique or unique hotels in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean. The hotel will gain marketing support and visibility from an international network. The hotel provides affordable lodging with rich upscale amenities, history and authentic charm. Since 2009, the hotel has been in the process of a $2 million renovation. Hotel improvements will continue for the next two years.
