The Shared Services LLC did not deliver the Phase II contract as promised in early September. Already behind schedule, the contract's preparation fell further behind following the Sept. 11 tragedies.

Clarke Price, CEO of the Ohio Society and SSLLC chair, informed state society executives in early October that the contract was being revamped and would likely be a three-year contract, not a 10-year contract with 10 automatic renewals at 10 years each, as originally designed.
