I am not surprised that United is still struggling (Nora Caley, "Barely United," February). You would think after 9/11, that United would want to put its best foot forward. I have found that nothing has changed. We recently flew United from Colorado Springs to San Antonio. Upon arriving for our flight back, we found out that we no longer had reserved seating, and the flight was full. My wife and I have four children, all under the age of 8.
