NLRB expands penalties for labor violations.

No longer may employers simply pay lost wages and benefits when they're found guilty of committing unfair labor practices. They must now "make whole" the employee by paying for all costs resulting from a wrongful termination or job denial, according to a memo issued by the National Labor Relations Board.
