NJEA names Swetsky executive director.

New Jersey Education Association Executive Director Ed Richardson will retire on Dec. 1 after a 26-year career with the association.

Richardson will be succeeded by Steve Swetsky, who was the NJEA's assistant executive director for the previous six years alongside him. Richardson and Swetsky are working together during this transition, according to the NJEA.
