Multiple New Jersey hospitals and medical centers were recognized for their achievements in obstetrics and gynecology as recipients of the Healthgrades 2019 Obstetrics and Gynecology Excellence Awards.

Healthgrades analyzes the quality of care of women during and after childbirth and the outcomes and risks for the most common gynecologic procedures at U.S. hospitals.

Health care experts report that women who deliver or have gynecologic procedures at recognized hospitals have a lower risk of experiencing a complication during their hospital stay.
