During
the
1967-68
academic

the
Southern
California
Political
Science
Association
held
two
meetings.
In
the
Winter
quarter,
the

were
hosted
by
U.S.C.
and
heard
an
address
by
Professor
Leo
Strauss.
On
April
20,
1968,
the
Association
went
to
Santa
Barbara,
hosted
by
the
University
of
California,
Santa
Barbara.
There
was
a
luncheon
address
by
Rexford
Tugwell,
an
informal
coffee
hour
with
Professor
Hans
Kelsen,
and
an
informal
visit
to
the
Center
for
the
Study
of
Democratic
Institutions.
