Newark Sues Gun Makers.

Last June, Newark, New Jersey, joined several other major cities by filing suit against 29 gun manufacturers, three trade associations, and two New Jerseybased gun distributors. The lawsuit is intended to hold businesses within the gun industry responsible for the deaths and injuries resulting from the use of their products.
