The FEI Research Foundation welcomes five new trustees to its board: Raj Aggarwal, Scott Boggs, George Boyadjis, Joan Netzel and Norman Strauss.

Scott Boggs is Vice President and Corporate Controller of Microsoft Corp., and an FET member since 1998. He has been a member of FEI's Committee on Finance and Information Technology (CFIT), and was its Vice Chairman in 2000 and 2001. Scott was also a member of the FEI Task Force that recently developed recomrnendations for improving financial management, financial reporting and corporate governance.

Dr. Raj Aggarwal is the Firestone Chair in Finance at Kent State University, and an FET member since 1976. He has been active in the Northeast Ohio Chapter since 1993, most recently as Chapter President in 2001.

George Boyadjis is Executive Vice President and CFO of American Telecare Inc., and an FEI member since 1994. He was President of the Twin Cities Chapter last year.

Joan Netzel is Vice President, Audit Services for SunTrust Banks Inc., and an FEI member since 1984. She is a member of FEI's Executive...
