New members join NDIA board.

The National Defense Industrial Association welcomed 11 new defense industry executives to its board effective Oct. 1. Deliberately structured to reflect the makeup of the industry it represents and the diversity of its membership, NDIA carefully balances the number of small, medium and large businesses represented on its board.

Annual elections are employed to ensure the board continues to reflect the ever changing defense industrial base by inducting a fresh class of senior executive business leaders to govern and advise the organization and its operations.

"We're very pleased with this year's class of new board members for the breadth of capabilities and diversity of size and interests their companies represent, as well as for their exceptional business experiences and demonstrated leadership," said Arnold Punaro, board chairman.
