On Friday, February 15, 2008, the New Jersey Chapter held its Full Day Winter Seminar at the Hyatt Morristown. The February meeting, always a dark horse for the attention of tax executives embroiled in year-end provision work, had an excellent turnout with more than 140 people in attendance. In Deloitte's international sessions, Peter Chen discussed developments in China, Rodrigo Ochoa developments in Mexico, and Tim Guenther other 'Hot Topics.' May (Baker & McKenzie)--M&A Developments, Katherine M. Breaks (KPMG)--Federal Update, Brian Andreoli (DLA Piper)--IRS Audits, Brian Gleicher (White & Case)--Transfer Pricing, Marc Simonetti (Sutherland Asbill & Brennan)--State Tax Litigation, and Richard Kariss...
