PositionYukon Brewing and Bottling Co. to launch Cook's Alaska Pilsner Lager beer - Product announcement

New Brew. The initial batch of Cook's Alaska Pilsner Lager, first product from the Anchorage firm Yukon Brewing and Bottling Co., is expected to be on city shelves by June 1. According to H.A. "Buz" Hoffman, chairman of the firm, the new microbrewery is expected to brew and bottle about 5,000 cases of beer per month until September, when production will increase. The company also is considering plans to build a new brewery in a tourist-attraction theme park.
