Nearly 1 million-square-foot industrial center in Greenville unveiled.

Work has completed on a nearly 1 million square foot industrial development in Greenville.

Frampton Construction Co. LLC, has finished the Upstate Trade Center, which is a 907,400-square-foot speculative industrial development, according to a news release from Frampton.

The year-long project was developed by The Keith Corp., alongside JLL as the sales representative for the two-building site. Merriman-Schmitt Architects provided the design services, and Thomas + Hutton served as the civil engineer for the project.

Financial details of the project were not disclosed.

"We were excited to have had another chance to work with our longtime partner, The Keith Corporation, on this two-building industrial project," said Adam Wall, Frampton Construction senior project manager. "Our team is proud of the outcome and pleased to be a part of delivering a high-quality industrial park to the Greenville/Spartanburg area."
