Maj. Joseph Hylan, USMC (Ret.), is Operations Director for Science & Engineering Technology, Targets & UAVs, Combat Survivability; Special Operations/Low Intensity Conflict, Homeland Security, Technical Information, and Expeditionary Warfare Divisions.
