I/ITSEC bids a sad farewell to a good friend of the conference, the industry, and the service, F. J. (Chip) Winter. Chip served the conference as an author, presenter, session chair, and for seven years was the Air Force representative. Chip passed away on Friday, August 18, following a long battle with cancer.
