Hilary Hoynes is a Research Associate in the NBER's Programs on Aging, Children, Labor Economics, and Public Economics. She is also a Professor of Economics at the University of California, Davis, and the coeditor of the American Economic Journal: Economic Policy. She joined the UC Davis faculty after eight years at the University of California, Berkeley.
