The NBER Development Economics Program met jointly with the Bureau for Research and Economic Analysis of Development (BREAD) on December 8-9 in Cambridge. Research Associates Raymond Fisman of Boston University, Pinelopi K. Goldberg of Yale University, Rema Hanna of Harvard University, Michael Kremer of Harvard University, and Program Director Duncan Thomas of Duke University organized the meeting.
