The Naval Postgraduate School's Systems Engineering and Management (SEM) masters degree program is accepting applications for the class beginning Sept. 15. The application deadline is Aug. 15.

U.S. military officers, civilian federal employees and defense contractors are eligible for the executive graduate program, which is offered via distance learning in partnership with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Educational Consortium for Product Development in the 21st Century, or PD-21. Graduates earn a joint master of science degree in systems engineering and management, or a master of science degree in product development, with a PD-21 certificate of recognition from MIT and Defense Acquisition University equivalencies.
