Nashville chapter report: working effectively with LB&I.

In January, representatives of TEI's Nashville Chapter joined LB&I Territory 7 (Nashville Retailers, Food, Pharmaceuticals, and Healthcare Industry (RFPH)) representatives in updating the "Understanding the LB&I Examination Process" guide, which is available on the IRS's website. (Check the "Businesses" tab of www.irs.gov.) The guide builds upon an effort initiated in 2002 by the Nashville Chapter and IRS representatives based in Nashville (as part of their ongoing liaison activities).
