Employers might want to think about setting up some cots, as a poll from Zogby International, Utica, N.Y., finds that 41% of people with jobs would take naps during the workday if provided a space to do so. Those workplace naps could come in handy, being that respondents are split over whether they get enough sleep, with 49% saying yes and 47% no.

Other poll results include:

* Thirteen percent claim they nap on most days, with 26% doing so at least once a week, 40% rarely, and 21% never.

* Thirty minutes to one hour is the optimum time to nap, indicate 42% of adults, although 14% prefer more than an hour. Fifteen to 30 minutes is just right for 22%, and less than 15 minutes...
