* KATHERINE A. ASBECK (Rochester Chapter) has been elected Senior Vice President, Finance of Corning Inc., in Corning, N.Y. Corning is a diversified technology company. Asbeck also serves on FEI's Committee on Corporate Reporting (CCR).

* THOMAS J. BALDWIN, CPA (Connecticut/Westchester Chapter), was promoted from Executive Vice President and CFO to Chairman and CEO of Morton's Restaurant Group Inc., of Hyde Park, N.Y. Morton's owns and operates high-end restaurants, primarily in the U.S., and is expanding globally.

* JOHN DAVISON (Toronto Chapter) was promoted to CFO of Four Seasons Hotels Inc., the Toronto-based luxury hotel chain.

* ROBERT GRUHL (Boston Chapter) has been appointed President and COO of SharkLids Eyegear Inc., a Boston developer of innovative, practical eyewear solutions that it says improves the quality of life.

* TIMOTHY HEASLEY, CPA (Northeast Ohio Chapter), was appointed Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Gibraltar Industries Inc., in Buffalo, N.Y. Gibraltar Industries is a manufacturer, processor and distributor of metals and other engineered materials for the building products, vehicular and other industrial markets.

* WILLIAMS J. JENNINGS (New Jersey Chapter) was named to the Board of Trustees of Teachers Network, a nationwide, nonprofit organization that identifies and connects innovative teachers with public school systems. Jennings is CFO of INTTRA in Parsippany, N.J.
