* MAUREEN B. BELLANTONI (Chicago Chapter) has joined medical-technology company Integra Lifesciences Holdings Corp., Plainsboro, N.J., as Executive Vice President and CFO.

* TIMOTHY J. CAIN (Detroit Chapter) has joined Rader, Fishman & Grauer, in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., as CFO/Administrator. Rader, Fishman & Grauer develops strategies for maximizing the value of intellectual assets including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.

* STUART DIAMOND, CPA (New York City Chapter), was named CFO of National Medical Health Card Systems Inc., Port Washington, N.Y., an independent pharmacy-benefits manger (PBM). He also chairs the Audit Committee for Medicis Pharmaceutical.

* RONALD M. DINELLA (Chicago Chapter) was promoted to CFO of Morton's Restaurant Group Inc., of New Hyde Park, N.Y., an upscale steak-house restaurant. He succeeds Thomas J. Baldwin, who was promoted to Chairman, CEO and President.

* JAY HANSEN (Detroit Chapter) was named Chief Operating Officer of Noble International Ltd., Warren, Mich., a provider of laser-welded parts to the automotive industry.

* ROBERT E. HOFFMAN, CPA (San Diego Chapter), was appointed CFO of Arena Pharmaceuticals Inc. in San Diego. Arena is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company.
