* MICHAEL J. FARRELL (Fort Worth Chapter) has joined CellStar Corp., of Carrollton, Texas, as Executive Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Chief Administrative Officer. CellStar is a provider of logistics and distribution services to the wireless communications industry.
