* PAUL H. BOGUTSKY (New Jersey Chapter) joined Workflow Management Inc. as Executive Vice President and CFO. Workflow Management is a New York City-based distributor and manufacturer of printed business products.

* PETER CURRIE (Toronto Chapter) was appointed CFO of global communications firm Nortel Networks Corp. in Toronto. He had previously served as Nortel's Senior Vice President and CFO from 1994 until early 1997.

* WILLIAM J. DEMCOE (Calgary Chapter) has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Resin Systems Inc. Demcoe is President of his private company, Willbren & Co. Ltd., of Calgary, Alberta.
