Young Japanese love English so much that they're creating a hybrid language, with words like "hippu hangu," (for hip hugging, as in jeans), "shadoh" (eye shadow), and "chou naisu gal" (very nice-looking guy). The Japanese government is unimpressed by these linguistic imports, and others used by bureaucrats, such as "negoshieishon" (negotiation) and "riterashii"...
