NAIOP UTAH'S 2017 DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR: DAN LOFGREN CEO, COWBOY PARTNERS AND COWBOY PROPERTIES.

NAIOP Utah honored Dan Lofgren of Cowboy Partners and Cowboy Properties as 2017 NAIOP Utah Developer of the Year for his impact on Utah's commercial development landscape, outstanding projects and community support. Based on past and present considerations, NAIOP selected Lofgren from among Utah's most prominent developers for its annual recognition.

"Dan has been active in Utah's commercial real estate and development industry for over 40 years. His contributions, leadership and influence have truly supported the incredible growth of our state," said NAIOP Utah president Nate Ballard and COO of Wadsworth Development Group.

As founder, president and CEO of Cowboy Partners and its sister company, Cowboy Properties, Lofgren has led the real estate development and property management of projects in Colorado, Nevada, Idaho, Washington, California and Utah. A well-rounded portfolio, these projects include office, for-sale residential, mixed-use, luxury rental communities, mixed-income multi-family communities and affordable housing.
