NAI James E. Hanson negotiates Rutherford office lease.

NAI James E. Hanson said Tuesday it negotiated a lease for 3,000 square feet of medical/professional office space located at 75 Orient Way in Rutherford to a building services company that is relocating from Newark.

Hanson's Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the landlord, 75 Orient Way LLC, in this transaction with the tenant, Adamas Building Services LLC.

Most recently renovated in 2006, the property is a 23,501-square-foot move-in ready building. It features full-building security, 86 parking spaces, an upgraded granite tile lobby, and a state-of-the-art medical elevator.
