The N.C. Small Business Center Network (SBCN), operated through the N C. Community College System, is the largest state-supported small business assistance program, serving more than 70,000 North Carolinians each year. The 61 centers located at community colleges throughout the state are aligned with the state's eight Prosperity Zones.
