Municipal Cooperation Agreement

DISPATCHING AGREEMENT

This agreement made this _____ day of __________, 20__, by and between _________ Fire District, a municipal corporation with offices located at _____________, ___________, New York ___________ (hereinafter referred to as “ Fire District #1”), and the __________ Fire District, a municipal corporation with offices located at _________, _________ New York _________ (hereinafter referred to as “ The Fire District #2”).

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, Fire District #2 is desirous of obtaining emergency dispatch services for all the emergency calls for ________ Fire District #2, and

WHEREAS, Fire District #1 is willing and capable of providing such dispatching services for the ________ Fire District # 2.

NOW, therefore, it is mutually agreed upon as follows:

The Fire District #1 will provide twenty-four (24) hour dispatching services for Fire District #2.

Such services shall consist of the following:

Voice communication on apparatus assignments for all calls;

Track and record times for the first due responding unit;

Track and record times for the first on scene unit;

Provide voice communications for hydrant locations and directions for call location;

Acknowledge responding units;

Acknowledge first responding officer and first on scene officer;
