Multitenant retail development underway in Simpsonville.

A new three-tenant retail building is under construction on Simpsonville's Harrison Bridge Road.

The approximately 7,900-square-foot Shops on Harrison Bridge will include McAlister's Deli, Florida-based CHOP Barbershop and Another Broken Egg Caf, according to Dustin Tenney and Daniel Holloway of Reedy River Retail at SVN Blackstream Retail Estate.

Tenants are anticipated to be open for business around March, according to Tenney.

"This development will continue to add to Simpsonville's growing food options, as well as push development down Harrison Bridge Road," said Tenney. "In the last two years, we've (Reedy River Retail at SVN Blackstream) been able to bring Culver's and now this project to Harrison Bridge and just recently the announcement of Chick-fil-A coming in across the street proves that Simpsonville is more than just Fairview Road."
