DEFENDANT'S MOTION TO COMPEL ARBITRATION,
MOTION TO DISMISS, AND MOTION TO STAY PROCEEDINGS
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
_____ (hereafter "Defendant"), pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.
