Morris Reinhart, pioneering TEI member, dies.

TEI lost one of its pioneering members when Morris L. Reinhart passed away earlier this year, a few days short of his 99th birthday. Morris, a member of TEI and its Syracuse Chapter for over fifty years, served as the Institute's International President during the 1964-1965 term. His public service also included membership on the Advisory Committee to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue and to the New York State Commissioner of Revenue and Finance.
