More daily flights and larger plans increase traffic at GSP.

Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport is celebrating its 17th consecutive month of increased passenger activity thanks to more seats and additional flights offered by the airport's six passenger airlines.

February was the fourth straight month of double-digit percentage gains in passenger activity. During the month, the airport served 15.8% more passengers (168,242) compared to February 2018 (145,289), according to a news release.

"It is gratifying to see airlines continue to invest in the Upstate and GSP," Dave Edwards, GSP's president and CEO, said in a news release. "By placing additional flights and larger aircraft on existing routes, airlines are providing more options to area travelers and more reasons to choose GSP International Airport."
