More companies say they'll cover abortion travel costs for employees.

In the wake of recent limits on abortions at the state level and an expected Supreme Court ruling that would speed up those state restrictions, some large employers are saying they will cover travel costs for employees who have to leave their state to find an abortion provider.

Examples: Amazon announced it will reimburse up to $4,000 in travel costs for U.S. workers seeking medical care, including elective abortions and transgender surgery. Levi Strauss said it will cover travel for medical procedures that can't be performed in the state in which their employees live. And Starbucks just announced a similar benefit.

"Can you travel to another state for an abortion?" was a leading Google search after a Supreme Court draft opinion that could overturn the landmark...
