* A Dallas-based company, TerraHawk LLC, is offering a mobile, elevated surveillance post for homeland security and police applications.

The mobile utility surveillance tower, or MUST, has a capsule that is enclosed in a van, and can be deployed by one person within two minutes and reach a height of 25 feet. Its scissor mechanism has electro-hydraulic stabilizers and safety and security lock-out features that keep the capsule in place.

The capsule is climate controlled and can accommodate two people.
