I found the article in the January issue of State Legislatures magazine entitled "Eminent Domain--For the Greater Good?" to be interesting and informative. However, there was one glaring omission in that you forgot to mention my boss, Senator Tom McClintock, and his legislation, State Constitutional Amendment 15, which would place private property protections in the California Constitution that used to be in the bill of rights before the Kelo vs. New London ruling.
