VENOCO CHAIRMAN AND CEO TIM Marquez, an oilman noted for his edueation-focused philanthropy, is ColoradoBiz magazine's 2012 Minority Businessperson of the Year. and Lakewood-based Solera National Bank, noted for its support of small business and minority clients, is the magazine's Diversity Corporation of the Year.
