Minnesota Chapter holds 28th annual President's Seminar.

On April 20 and 21, TEI's Minnesota Chapter held its annual President's Seminar. For 28 years, the chapter has sponsored a two-day program that provides reasonably-priced CPE credits for TEI members and their staffs, as well as a chance to socialize and network with fellow tax colleagues. This year's conference drew a record crowd--525 people. As is the chapter's custom, the chair of the planning committee was the person who served as chapter president two years ago, Karen Piehler-Shaw of Ceridian. Current chapter president Tony Valento of Alliant Techsystems Inc. commended Ms. Piehler-Shaw and the other members of the President's Seminar Committee for planning and running an excellent program, which enabled the chapter to advance TEI's mission of serving its members through education, networking, and advocacy.
