Military services name Leo Codd award winners.

The U.S military services have announced the winners of the 2003 Col. Leo A. Codd Memorial Award. The award--named for a retired Army colonel and staff member of the American Ordnance Association, a predecessor of NDIA--is given annually to the most outstanding instructors in the Reserve Officer Training Corps.

The prizes consist of U.S. Savings Bonds, $500 for first place, $400 for second and $300 for third. This year's winners are:
