This is in response to the letter from Margie Wagner Descheme on wind power (Letters to the Editor, September issue). She thinks wind turbines are ugly and states, "As humans, we need beauty even more than electricity." She adds that wind power is "ruining the last pristine spots." Perhaps Margie has never seen the mountaintops (or lack thereof) in West Virginia or anywhere else...
