Welcome, dear reader, to the first issue of the new year. This issue will not disappoint. Topics range from a review of issues that are less common in practice, to analysis of newly enacted legislation. We've got it all!

Convincing a client that a child support obligation does not always end when the child reaches the age of 18 can be uphill climb. Parents can be statutorily required to support their children beyond the age of majority.
