Summer has arrived, pandemic restrictions have relaxed, court proceedings are resuming, and for some, there is a cautious optimism that our present normal will stabilize. In that hope, the Section is putting on the virtual 38th Annual Meeting of the Labor & Employment Law Section on July 14-15, 2022. Our planning committee has been hard at work to ensure that this year's meeting continues to serve a critical role in educating the state's labor and employment bar on the key issues affecting our practice.
