In her own words, Billie wanted to share the following with her many friends and business associates: "Attitude is gratitude. This passing person is very, very grateful for all the wonderful people in her life. And for all the wonderful things the universe has given her. There isn't enough time, nor enough paper, to thank everyone for the myriad kindness shown to me. I just hope you all know. I am at peace with this. Besides, I will get to see Marv. I hope everyone has as wonderful a life as I have. Live. Laugh. Love."

Billie was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Marvin Johnson; and a sister, Bea Audrey.
