APPOINTMENTS
D. Shane Bangerter, Dodge City, was appointed to the Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys. He will serve through June 30, 2028.
The Honorable Kelly K.E. (Elliott) Mahoney has been re-appointed for a second term as United States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Iowa. Judge Mahoney graduated from Washburn University School of Law in 2002. She previously served as an Assistant District Attorney for the 18th Judicial District in Sedgwick, County, Kansas, and as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Iowa in Des Moines, Iowa. She also worked in private practice at the Jordan and Mahoney Law Firm in Boone, Iowa.
