What do you like the most about your practice area?

I enjoy the variety. I work with business owners and other stakeholders on a mix of mergers and acquisitions, financings, and commercial transactions, some straightforward and some very complex. We counsel founders and closely held businesses to large companies, executives, and more, across a variety of industries. It’s satisfying to help such a diverse range of clients identify and carry out strategic solutions to their legal issues, and I get to learn something new about each business and its industry with each deal.

What is your favorite place to escape to in Colorado?

The mountains, of course! We enjoy exploring new places together as a family. In the city, my favorite places to escape to are the Denver Botanic Gardens and Sweet Cow Ice Cream.

What’s the most random job you have ever had?

I have held many jobs (including hotel call center reservationist, Starbucks barista, and elementary school teacher), but the most random job was probably working as the coat check at a small theater in Philadelphia

How do you find work/life balance?

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Raising my two children. I love my family and being a mom most of all.

What is your favorite thing to cook?

I traveled to my birthplace and met my sisters in Korea for the first time last fall, and am enjoying learning how to cook some Korean food. Although I am a beginner, it is easing my cravings for the delicious flavors of Korea.
